Cancellation 

To better help us meet the needs of all clients: please cancel a minimum of 24 hours in advance or session credit is used. We appreciate your understanding our strict 24-hour cancellation window. 

 

Payment

We kindly ask for payment in advance to reserve and guarantee your reservation for class or session. You have an option to pay either at booking or in person at the time of booking (Venmo or cash).

 

Studio Access 

Our studio is in the basement of a residence. To enter from the north side garage entry door, head immediately right down the stairs to our studio entrance.

 

Group Classes 

Please bring your own mat for group classes. We have some available to borrow, please check in advance for availability. For group equipment classes, we require grip socks (we have some available to borrow if you forget your socks!).

Private/Semi-Private Equipment Sessions 

Studio grip socks are required to participate on the equipment. We have socks available at the studio to borrow or purchase.
