COVID-19 Policies
Our priority is to keep everyone as safe as possible

Mindful Movement Studio follows local and CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of the coronavirus indoors.

  • We use air purifiers, open windows/doors to keep airflow moving when the studio has multiple participants

  • Equipment is regularly cleaned and sanitized between students.

  • Hand sanitizer is available and encouraged often.

  • Students are spaced the recommended 6 feet apart.

  • Semi-private equipment sessions also have an option for 6 foot spacing if needed.

  • Masks are required in group classes

How our students can help maintain a safe exercise environment

Face masks are required for all participants in group classes. Masks must cover both nose and mouth. We do offer a virtual class option as an alternative.

Masks are not required for private and semi-private equipment sessions (students from the same household).

Please maintain 6 foot distancing whenever possible. Studio is open for the next class at 5 minutes before the hour to allow the previous class to exit.

PLEASE STAY HOME if you are feeling unwell, have tested positive for COVID-19, believe you have been exposed, and/or exhibit any COVID-19 symptoms.

As a response to continued research and understanding of this virus, we plan to update our procedures as needed (e.g., cleaning, mask wearing, social distancing).

We wish to have a clean, safe place for you to enjoy quality Pilates instruction. We also believe in a science-based approach to better understand the physical world around us. This includes responding appropriately to the most current understanding of how the novel coronavirus is spread.

We thank you for understanding and hope you can look forward to a comfortable and healthy environment to practice in!
